Trading later

An agent with a funded, delegated wallet can trade through POST /v1/agent/trades: bounded by the market tier per trade, your daily limit per day, and the wallet balance absolutely. Every trade is simulated before it is signed, so one that would fail is refused for free. Tomo can never withdraw, and human trading in the browser is still not built.
